PEAK REFUEL REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Peak Refuel, we take pride in providing premium-quality food products to support your everyday adventure needs. Because of the nature of our food items, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure the integrity and safety of all products delivered.
📦 Return Policy
We do not accept returns on food items unless:

The product was damaged upon arrival

There is a shipping discrepancy (such as missing or incorrect items)
To file a claim:

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Contact us at info@peakrefuel.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Please send the lot date which can be found on the back top left corner of the pouch. EX: MR102567

Please retain all packaging materials as they may be needed during the claims process
🚚 Shipping Policy & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Peak Refuel is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

We can file a claim with UPS to help locate the package

However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the address entered at checkout was incorrect
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system quickly. For that reason:

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Peak Refuel is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered with photo proof but is missing or sent to the wrong location due to an address error, we can file a claim with the carrier (UPS) on your behalf to attempt package recovery. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders shipped to addresses that were incorrectly entered by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information submitted during the checkout process.
