Golden Ticket Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Peak Refuel Golden Ticket Giveaway ("Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") on Monday, July 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on Sunday, August 23, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

The Promotion consists of four (4) separate weekly giveaway periods. Each giveaway period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. MT on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on the following Sunday. One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each weekly giveaway period. Winners will be selected on or about the Monday immediately following each weekly giveaway period, at which time the next week's giveaway period will begin.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Peak Refuel, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities associated with the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

During each weekly giveaway period, eligible purchases earn entries as follows:

• One (1) entry for each eligible Peak Refuel meal pouch purchased.
• Two (2) entries for each eligible Chad Mendes Signature meal pouch purchased.

For purposes of this Promotion, eligible purchases include qualifying Peak Refuel meal pouches purchased directly through PeakRefuel.com during the applicable weekly giveaway period. Gift cards, taxes, shipping charges, canceled orders, refunded purchases, and any products specifically identified by Peak Refuel as excluded from the Promotion do not qualify for entries.

No additional action is required beyond completing an eligible purchase.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a separate 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid handwritten 3" × 5" mail-in card will receive two (2) entries into the applicable weekly giveaway drawing. Entrants may include up to two (2) handwritten entry cards per envelope. There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries submitted during a weekly giveaway period; however, each entry must be individually handwritten on its own 3" × 5" card. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, or otherwise duplicated entries are void.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during and received by the end of the applicable weekly giveaway period to be eligible for that week's drawing.

Entries are valid only for the weekly giveaway period during which they are earned or received and do not carry over to subsequent weekly giveaway periods.

Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each weekly giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If the selected winning order has not yet shipped, a Golden Ticket will be placed inside the order before shipment. If the selected winning order has already shipped, or if a mail-in entry is selected, the Golden Ticket will be mailed to the mailing address associated with the selected entry.

Winner Notification & Prize Claim

For Golden Tickets mailed separately from an order, Peak Refuel will also attempt to notify the potential winner by email from info@peakrefuel.com using the email address associated with the winning order or mail-in entry.

Potential winners must claim their prize by following the instructions included with the Golden Ticket within three (3) calendar days of Peak Refuel's first email notification attempt.

If a potential winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise forfeits the prize, Peak Refuel reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the eligible entries received during the same weekly giveaway period.

Prize Conditions

One (1) prize will be awarded during each weekly giveaway period for a total of four (4) prizes during the Promotion.

Peak Refuel will announce the prize and its approximate retail value ("ARV") prior to the start of each weekly giveaway period.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Peak Refuel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Limit one (1) prize per person or household during the Promotion Period.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Peak Refuel, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Peak Refuel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winning entry and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Peak Refuel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, viruses, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Peak Refuel the right, where permitted by law, to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, voice, photographs, and prize-related statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

Peak Refuel is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, postage-due, damaged, delayed, or undeliverable mail entries; technical failures; or any other errors that may affect the administration of the Promotion.

All Peak Refuel is freeze-dried and packaged in the USA.

We do not have any certified gluten-free meals, however several of our meals do not include any gluten or wheat. These meals are produced in a facility that manufactures meals that do contain gluten, but we are careful to avoid cross contamination through cleaning and testing each manufacturing line for allergens. We always recommend looking through the ingredients yourself as well just to be safe. Here is a list of the meals not containing gluten:
