This is so good I eat it for breakfast or as a snack mid day on the mountain
Jason P.
This was a delicious breakfast meal, and VERY filling. Excellent way to start the day. Word of advice: be sure to use boiling water for this one. The oats will cook a lot better when the water is hotter.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this meal!!!!
*** I now struggle to select this Creamy peaches and oats for breakfast OR the breakfast skillet. Both are amazing!
The QUALITY of this Peak Refuel meal is unmatched in the Freeze-Dried category.
*** Read the ingredients label on this package, only real and healthy food. NO chemicals! 30 grams of protein. Less than half the amount of sodium in this package compared to competitors.
GREAT JOB!

LOVE PEAK MRE’s so I give it a 5-Star review but I the breakfasts aren’t my favorite. That being said, I enjoyed this one other than the texture. I think I would have liked it better with a little more water.
Casey
The package is so generous, I haven't tried them yet. I need a friend!
Fast shipping. Exactly as described. Great communication.

Great treat out on the trail

Most delicious breakfast I could eat every morning. This is like a warm hug on a cold day

This is the most delicious breakfast or really any meal. Hearty and so tasty. Also one one the few gluten free options. Please make more gluten free options.

the creamy peaches and oats are fantastic. We do a ton of camping and outdooring. The peaches and oats are on all of our adventures they are so yummy and nurtureing.
Kaye

Almost like my mother made. Worth the the money.

the flavor of this dish is awesome, its incredibly filling and is easy on the tummy.
the only thing about this particular dish is getting it to absorb water. I wound up cooking it on the stove in order for it to be edible. i also added a bit of Burlap and barrel Royal cinnamon which really makes this dish pop!!
i think it would absob the water best if it was not in rock hard chunks in the packaging and was prebroken up before going into the bag. its not easy to break up by hand
Logan W.
Love how creamy they are. Tastes more like sweet cream oats, very dense meal. Didn’t get very much of a peach flavor but still love it!
STACEY C.
A great meal for front & back country camping!! Breaking down the large chunks definitely made it better the second time. I also ask this be sold year around.
Alan D.
A good breakfast meal, and wish all the Mendes meals were part of the regular menu.
Clayton
Just damn convenient and delicious
Erika
Personally didn’t like it very bland.
Nancy
Awesome as always !!

I'll never forget the experience I had when I tried this at the beach. This meal is so I've bought 4 more of them right away. I can't wait to take these on my next trip.
Robert P.
This is the perfect backcountry breakfast! Super tasty, good amount of calories before hiking out to next location, and great on those brisk mornings! Definitely recommend!
Fred W.
Awesome flavor. Make it a full time meal not just limited
JAMES Z.
Should sell year round.
This is a great breakfast option.

Quite honestly, the best oatmeal I’ve ever had - instant, cooked, or otherwise. Although I don’t live in “oat country”, I’ve spent enough time in Cedar Rapids, IA to know what good oats are. Very nicely done! I are both servings in one sitting.
Christopher B.
While this meal did take a bit more mixing than normal, once mixed well it was very tasty and filling. It's a keeper. Thanks.

Might be my new favorite.
Rosemarie C.
Great flavor & not too sweet. Like that it is steel cut oats. Also, it is easy to divide in half & if you break it up is rehydrates better.
Scott K.
Not a big oat meal person, but I really like this. Kind of reminds me of peach crisp.
Deborah K.
This is a really creamy, yummy experience. I don't often have steel-cut oats, but I should, they feel heartier. I thought the flavor of the peaches might come through a little stronger, but still, it's a great tasting breakfast, and for me, I can get more than one serving out of each package! Such a deal!
Joseph J.
Awesome taste, a bit sweet just add some milk and it makes it perfect
James F.
Decent, added the prescribed about of water, waited the given time. Had inconsistent results in the bag. Some pieces were still big chucks of dry oat, others were nice oatmeal. Peaches weren’t bad.
Not sure I would order again, but definitely won’t have a problem eating the other 2 bags.
Over flavor was great
Yvonne E.
Got these in and brought it on a couple days in the Backcountry. All I have to say is Wow! Great flavor and consistency. Filled me up for sure. I hope to get more in the future.
Nancy L.
I give it 4 stars only because the chunks didn’t reconstitute as well as I’d like. Breaking up the pieces before hand is my recommendation. I only got about 4 spoonfuls however because my husband loved it. I’m not a huge oatmeal person but he is. This will be in his permanent rotation. He did say maybe 1 more once of water. Just a little too thick in his opinion.
Heather O.
Upgraded my prior 3 stars to 4 because I learned the secret to this stuff is to not let it sit too long before consuming and to add a touch more water than the label calls for. Much better!
Ethan H.
It was really delicious and I couldn’t get enough of it !
Adam C.
This is going to be the best breakfast ahead of long days in the mountain! I'm one who likes a big breakfast and when I tried this one I was blown away with how good it was. Chad & the Peak team have crafted a winner once again - so damn tasty!!
Gary H.
I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of warm fruit so I was a little skeptical. If this meal was a salesperson it could sell ice to an eskimo. It's the best breakfast meal I've ever had. I may start eating it for lunch and dinner too. The peaches taste like actual fresh peaches and the steel cut oats are amazing. Peak Refuel has blown my mind with meals before, but this one might just top them all!
Harold B.
As usual for Peak, the meal was pretty tasty. Also, as usual, plenty of food in the pouch! You had better be hungry when you get ready to eat this meal.
The downside, and reason for only 4 stars, is the reconstitution of the meal. It was in large, broken chunks that just wouldn't absorb the water very well. The second pouch I smashed up as best I could before opening and this worked much better. I believe if Peak could crush this up a bit before packaging, better, and more favorable results could be had.
