It's the end of a long day in the backcountry and you're craving a home-cooked meal. Enter: Chicken Coconut Curry. With juicy chicken, rice, vegetables, and a coconut curry sauce that is out of this world, you'll be glad you packed this. And yes, you read that right - 44g of protein per pouch!
1. Open pouch at tear mark, remove oxygen absorber.
2. Carefully add 1 1/3 cups (10.5 oz) of boiling water to pouch.
3. Stir well and zip pouch closed. Let stand for 10 minutes.
4. Open pouch, stir again and enjoy!
